How To Order:
After viewing our Equipment page, simply contact one of us at (800) 669-9568 and let us know
what items you are interested in purchasing. It is Northern Scientific's policy to provide a
written estimate to its customers on all equipment sales. This quotation is either e-mailed, faxed, or
mailed to the customer.
How to Sell Equipment:
If you or your facility is interested in selling any of your medical equipment now or in the
future, you have come in contact with the right company. Northern Scientific has the resources
to purchase a single item or liquidate an entire facility. Simply email or fax a list of the
items for sale to Northern Scientific. We will contact you within 24 hours upon receiving the
information. Northern Scientific may either make an offer in writing or schedule a viewing of
the product.
Service Contracts:
At Northern Scientific we will be glad to help you in servicing your operating room lights and tables.
Shipping:
If the client agrees to be responsible for the
shipping charges, it is the company's policy to provide a quote on all shipping charges to be
incurred on each order.
Conditions:
All equipment is subject to availability. Availability is on a "first come, first serve" basis.
Equipment is reserved only upon Northern Scientific receiving a purchase order (PO) or deposit,
depending on the client or situation.
All sales are final. Items are guaranteed 90 days from receipt of your order, unless specified
otherwise. Return authorization for warranty return or exchanges must be authorized and issued an
(RA) or return authorization number.
Returns:
Request for return of equipment must be made within ten days of receipt. Equipment must be unused
and the condition of the equipment will be at the discretion of Northern Scientific. The equipment
must be shipped and pre-paid within five business days upon acknowledgment from Northern Scientific.
All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
