Surgical Lighting - Rebuild Process

In order to provide a 25 month part & labor warranty, we rebuild and ship our surgical lights in excellent condition. We perform the following checklist on each lighting system:

• Custom designed to fit your ceiling height
• Majority of blemishes removed, to excellent condition
• Mounts and light housings sanded, primed, and painted
• Wiring is replaced where necessary
• Mount and light head tensions are adjusted to eliminate floating and drifting
• When necessary, mounts are disassembled, wiring checked, and moving parts lubricated
• Light heads are disassembled, filters and reflectors are cleaned or replaced when necessary
• Replace electrical brushes where necessary
• Worn and damaged parts replaced
