In order to provide a 12 month part & labor warranty, we rebuild and ship our surgical lights in excellent condition. We perform the following checklist on each lighting system:
Custom designed to fit your ceiling height
Majority of blemishes removed, to excellent condition
Mounts and light housings sanded, primed, and painted
Wiring is replaced where necessary
Mount and light head tensions are adjusted to eliminate floating and drifting
When necessary, mounts are disassembled, wiring checked, and moving parts lubricated
Light heads are disassembled, filters and reflectors are cleaned or replaced when necessary
Replace electrical brushes where necessary
Worn and damaged parts replaced
