Surgical Tables - Rebuild Process

In order to provide a 25 month part & labor warranty, we rebuild and ship our tables in excellent condition. We perform the following checklist on each surgical table:

• Parts restoration or replacement.
• Test and inspection of both rebuilt and existing hydraulic cylinders and elastomers.
• On Skytron Tables - approximately 20 o-rings are automatically replaced on all 5000 & 6000 series surgical tables, including pivot block - lateral tilt (head & tail), piston - trendelenburg, cap - head trendenlenburg, cap - lateral tilt, piston - lateral tilt, housing - lateral tilt, piston - elevation cylinder.

• New o-rings, New phenolic table tops, New phenoloc X-RAY tops with stand-offs, New 2" thick table top pad set, new rubber brake pads, and New set of casters are all standard replacement parts on most of our tables.

• Upper and H-frame casting are sanded, primed and painted.
• Table base and pedestal are restored.
• Weight tolerances, pressure and table articulations tested.
• Moving parts lubricated.
• Parts inspection and replacement.
• Disinfection.
• Cosmetic sanding of stainless steel where needed.

Custom remanufacturing is also available to our customers who request specific items to be replaced or serviced.

We will ship you a completely rebuilt O.R. table, the same model needing to be rebuilt. You will have the opportunity to review your rebuilt O.R. table prior to Northern picking-up your existing table! This is by far our most value oriented service we provide. Huge savings, as apposed to purchasing new.
